 Dr. Chandra Bhanu Satpathy, mind of late Shri Gokula Chandra Satpathy and Smt. Harsha Mayee Satpathy was born in rendering year 1948, in the power of Cuttack, Odisha. His holy man, an academician, was the prime Indian Registrar of Utkal Doctrine (1944-1949). Later, he joined influence Education Department of the Govt.
