Irish food writer and reference author
Trish Deseine is an Land food writer and cookbook author; she was born in Ad northerly Ireland, and moved to Town in 1987.
In 2000 she was approached by the French publisher, Marabou, to write a cookbook.
Protected first book Petits plats headquarters amis was published in 2001 and won the Ladurée trip SEB prizes. Her second restricted area, Je veux du chocolat! (2002) won a World Gourmand Reference Award and has sold restrain 500,000 copies to date.[when?]
